Portions are typically much smaller than the Nassau Park Blvd location. I've frequented both and this location always offers less and features a messier bowl presentation. Don't bother ordering double of a topping, they'll just give the regular amount. I'd visit the other location if you plan to buy Playa. It's great.

This was really upsetting. I ordered two bowls — one was $16 and the other was $18 — but when I got them, the more expensive bowl had noticeably less in it than the cheaper one. I went up and politely mentioned that it didn’t seem right, but the staff basically acted like it was normal. I had to ask them to add more base myself. I understand it was a busy hour, but quality control and customer service really need improvement. What disappointed me most was the attitude — no apology, and I was met with a pretty unfriendly response. Customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable for simply asking about portion consistency. This took place Sunday evening around 4:00PM.

I’m not sure the name of who put together my order today right at open at 8 am, but I wish I had know to say thank you directly in this review. He made this so beautifully and sliced my banana and pineapple so well and I really appreciated how nice it was even tho I ordered right at 8 am which had to have been annoying. Plus it was ready when I walked in already at 8:12, I did not mind waiting at all but that just surprised me how on top of it he was that I didn’t have to! Thank you so much to that guy 🙌🏽🫶🏽 best bowl ive ever gotten from this spot hands down

I DoorDashed from here this morning, and although they ran out of gluten-free granola, the person who prepared my order left me the sweetest note. It’s those little thoughtful gestures that truly matter. They didn’t have to do anything extra , they could have just told me the granola was unavailable and left it at that. But instead, they went above and beyond, and it really made me smile. Honestly, I didn’t even mind missing the granola because the bowl was still amazing. What inspired me to write this review was the kindness and care of that person who went the extra mile. If you see this, you’re a gem, and the world needs more people like you.

I love açaí bowls and they have promos going on all the time. It makes it a good value too. I love going here a lot. They also have smoothies. My favorite is the Nutella bowl. They are busy a lot though, so the wait can be long
